Sam Edelson – Biography

For years, Sam Edelston had no interest in the fretted dulcimer (mountain dulcimer), but one day, he spent two hours playing one and was amazed at the interesting things it enabled him to do. He has genuinely unleashed this humble “folk” instrument. He plays anything from folk songs and John Philip Sousa to bluegrass and bossa nova, his originals, and many rock flavors. Sam has gone viral with covers of Led Zeppelin and Ramones songs. He recently released his first album, MAKING WAVES.
